Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 to 5 business days. Please note that this time frame may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. You'll be able to see the shipping charges at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after it’s been scanned by the carrier.
To track your order, simply log into your account, select your order, and click the tracking link at the top of the page.
Estimated Delivery Times
While we aim for timely delivery, please be aware that the delivery date provided by the carrier is an estimate. In rare cases, packages may be delivered outside the expected timeframe.
Lost or Stolen Packages
pLAy is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages in transit. If you're experiencing a delay, or if your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
