TRACKING MY ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking for your package. Please keep in mind, tracking may take up to 48 hours to show up after scanning.
To monitor your order's progress, access your account, choose the order number for tracking, and select the tracking link featured at the top of the page.
Our goal is to achieve timely delivery for all orders, but keep in mind that carriers give us estimated delivery dates. In rare cases, packages might be delivered outside the expected timeframe.
DROPSHIPPING
To expand brand options, some styles are exclusively available "ONLINE ONLY" and shipped directly from the brand. These items are not found in-store and are guided by their specific procedures and regulations.
LOST & STOLEN PACKAGE
pLAy is not responsible for packages delayed or lost/stolen in transit. If you experience a delay or issue with your shipment, please contact the courier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please email us info@weareplay.co.
